The PCN-NCP is not located in the center of the political spectrum, but outside of it.
We ran for all elections in Belgium between 1984 and 1999, on federal, regional, provincial and municipal level. We even had elected representatives who have joined our party (Walloon Parliament, French Community parliament, provincial council of Hainaut, Charleroi municipal council in 1996-99).
And we have presented candidates for some partial elections in France in 1993-98 (including Toulon against the FN, entitled "PCN-NCP, the youth against Le Pen and to ban the National Front" in 1998, with the candidature of Fabrice BEAUR, now our Secretary-General).
But we have stopped participation in bourgeois elections since 2000. because they have become a theater: no access to radio and TV, no funding from the state reserved for particracy, censorship of newspapers. At the European elections of June 1999 on occult instructions of the Belgian Interior Ministry, our list has been completely ignored by the media at order ... This is a heavyweight boxer to fight both arms tied behind your back.
Politics does not limit itself to elections that are good for nothing (see the Belgian crisis ...). We train a political elite, disseminate our ideas, serve as a think-tank. We have a strong international action. And are considered influential.

The “Europejskie Centrum Analiz Geopolitycznych”- European Centre for geopolitical Analyse – (Poland) presents the current transnational Organisation of PCN-NCP and publishes the study of Kornel Sawinski on "Libya in geopolitical concepts of PCN-NCP" (“Znaczenie Libii w geopolitycznych koncepcjach Nacjonal-Europejskiej Partii Komunitarnej“ – November 23’ 2010):
“PCN-NCP has its representatives in 12 countries, whose participation is associated mainly by the activity of the Internet. PCN-NCP is also trying to build its faction in Russia. The PCN-NCP also runs since the early 90's at the pan-European level the anti-Nazi Network EUROPÄISCHES WIDERSTAND / EUROPEAN RESISTANCE, fighting the FN and the neo-Nazi and racist small groups in Belgium (with great success) and France or defends the rights of Russian minorities in the Baltics or Ukraine and Moldova. The PCN-NPC and its Youth Organization PCN-J, is also collaborating with the "Anti-fascist Democratic Youth Movement NASHI ", the largest organization of Russian Youth, close to the Kremlin.
